I’m Jade. I’m a Pre & Postnatal Specialist, Reiki Master and a mother. I know what it’s like to feel completely lost and overwhelmed in motherhood. My work is about helping you rebuild not just your body but your energy and sense of self. We don’t just rehab your core & pelvic floor; we rebuild your confidence, your nervous system and your identity.

I created my holistic coaching bundle because I realised that for mums, the biggest barrier to exercise isn't a lack of "willpower" - it’s a dysregulated nervous system and a misconception that a mother must always self-sacrifice. If you are struggling with "Mum Rage”, overstimulation, or burnout - a standard workout plan isn't enough. I learned the hard way that putting yourself first isn’t selfish, its vital. My mission is to help mums feel safe enough to slow down and give to themselves as much as they give to everyone else, so they can be the strongest, happiest and healthiest self.

I have over 5 years of working with pregnant and postpartum clients both in person and online as well as my own experience of rebuilding myself after my 2 daughters. By pairing my specialist strength coaching with my Intuitive Reiki sessions, we address the physical, emotional and energetic layers of matrescence. We lower your cortisol, clear the mental fog and address subconscious blocks.

Pillar 1: Physical Foundations (The Body)

Postpartum isn't about "bouncing back"; it’s about building a body that is strong enough for the reality of motherhood. As a Pre & Postnatal specialist, I help you rebuild from the foundation up - focusing on pelvic floor health, core integration and functional strength. We move to get rid of the aches and pains, so you can feel capable, powerful, and at home in your skin again.

Pillar 2: Emotional Regulation (The Mind)

You cannot get strong if you are
constantly in "survival mode." We use nervous system regulation to move you out of that "wired but tired" state. By addressing the mental load and lowering the cortisol that keeps you on edge, we clear the "mum fog" and "mum rage."



Pillar 3: Spiritual Identity (The Soul)

Matrescence is a total transformation of who you are. Using Reiki, intuitive guidance and "Shadow Work," we look at the woman behind the "Mum" title. We work to clear energetic blocks and rediscover your sense of purpose and self. This pillar is about coming back to yourself - not as you were before, but as the woman you are becoming.
